2. All you have to do is arrange your artwork in our template, upload it back to the website and you’re good to go!

3. We'll finalise your design print, prepare the files for any special finishes and send you the final print confirmation for sign off.

If you don't have a design ready, we can help you with that!

Just select 'Help Me With My Artwork'. You'll be able to upload your logo, brand colour(s) and social media handle(s).

Once you've checked out, our design team will get in touch and work with you to generate some design ideas.

We want to be confident you'll love your products. Before we start any production, we'll share a design print proof of your product to make sure you're 100% happy.

Please note, once your artwork has been approved we will be unable to stop the order as the production and print will be underway.

Do you have any minimum order quantities?

We take pride in our low minimum order quantities that make custom branded packaging accessible for all companies.

Will there be any surprise costs?

Not with us. All our pricing is shown at checkout and is inclusive of design, tooling and shipping costs (excl. VAT).

Can i order some samples?

Definitely! You can order our Sample Pack at no additional cost to explore the range of our products, materials & print styles.

How The Design Process Works

Can I have a product template?

Each product has a template provided with the correct sizing for our manufacturing specifications.

Before production starts, can I see the final design?

Absolutely, we will email you a digital proof to approve before your order is printed. This allows you to review placement, materials and finishes to confirm everything looks correct.

Order Process & Pricing Information

How do you calculate the product price?

The main factors for product pricing are:
Style, dimensions, order volumes, material selection, as well as print color and coverage

All of these are clearly shown on each product page so you can understand exactly how the price is calculated.

How can I reorder my products?

Reorders are only available for existing customers with an account on our website.

Login to your account, navigate to your dashboard, and you can review past orders and add items back to your cart for repurchase.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Is VAT included in the pricing?

The pricing shown on the product pages are excluding VAT, which will be applied during checkout.

Can I make a bulk order for my products?

For higher volumes, we're happy to discuss the best quantities and pricing for your needs.

How do I find out the status of my order?

A confirmation email with your order details and payment receipt will be sent after checkout. We'll also inform you when production is complete and ready to ship.

Our Sustainability Approach

What is your sustainability guarantee?

Sustainability is at the core of everything we produce. From material sourcing to manufacturing, we do all we can to minimise the environmental impact.

Can i recycle or compost the materials?

Refer to the product overview on each product for gather information on its sustainability, and correct disposal after use.

Can I choose special materials for my products?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customisation options for materials at this time. The materials listed on each product page is the only option available for that item.

Shipping & Returns

When will I be notified about product shipment?

We'll email you shipment notifications with tracking information when your order ships out.

What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted for damaged items. Change of mind or no longer needed returns are not eligible.

Make sure you double check your digital proof to make sure all information is correct. We also cannot accept returns for products that are incorrectly spelt or labelled.

Can I expect all of my products to be delivered together?

Delivery dates will differ for each product ordered.

You'll receive individual tracking notifications when the items ship from each printer.
